Original Cafe Mexicano in New Westminster sky train station finally opened it’s doors a few weeks ago serving authentic Mexican cuisine.
Some of the major issues included installing an ecologizer because of proximity to residences above.
The grease interceptor was a challenge as it had to be installed in the parkade on structural/ seismic supports. Often this structural issue is overlooked but keep in mind when a grease interceptor is full it can weigh a couple thousands pounds!
