Evolve was on site reviewing the installation of a domestic water service where the client was complaining of a leak. It was found that the main domestic water shut of valve was zap strapped open. This required us to cut the zap strap thus slowing down the process to close the water service.
Lesson learned: always allow for easy access and shut off of water services such that in the event of a leak the water may be shut down quickly and not cause more damage than necessary.
